Once a T-girl goes under the knife she IS a real woman. Completely.And most pre-ops will tell you they already are women and have been all their lives....they're just changing the wrapper, not the inside!
So a straight man with a T-girl is STILL straight. It just means he's not NARROW! That would be a good thing!
