How can i change my name which i appear with it when i send an e-mail to anyone ?

go to change your account then that is the solution.

Go to your Mail A/c settings and just change your first name and last name there. And you are done.

If i talk about yahoo mail, in your information page, you can change your first and last name.

in Gmail, its you google Accounts page which will help you to chnage your name
