I love Denny Hamlin. He's my second favorite driver. I think Denny is an intelligent driver...he seems to know when to make the right moves at the right time (maybe Smoke's been teaching him the tricks?) Denny is confident, smart, races well, and I like his personality. He stays calm when he's with the media, and he's good to his fans. I think Denny is a cool guy in real life, and I bet he's fun to be around. And I gotta say...like you said...he is sorta boyishly cute. But that's not why I like him...it's his great driving that caught my eye. Denny seems like he's gaining lots of respect out there on the track, and he's proving himself hard to beat at Pocono! I hope he continues to succeed in his racing carreer, and I absolutely think he'll be in the chase! He's got the skill, he's got the passion, and he's got the vibe! The man knows how to race. Go Denny Hamlin (and his teammate Smoke!) I hope my two Joe Gibbs men do great at Indy. :)

I think Denny will be there. He's got some mad skills for his first year. I'm excited. I like him!!!
I think he's too good not to be there.. ya know?
I think if you give him some years, and esp..with JGR running and having teammates like Tony..he'll be a force in a few years, which is good.. b/c some of the seasoned drivers will be cutting out here soon, and we'll need drivers.

Common sense would say he's too inexperienced. But he actually seems to be getting more consistent though, as the season progresses. I hope he doesn't. I like to think that a driver has to pay some sort of dues before becoming champion. I know that's old-fashioned thinking in today's world of "young guns". Yecchh!

He could, but he would have to not make any mistakes. Then again Junior REALLY needs to get back in there. In order for that to happen someone would have to fall out. I wish it would be Kyle, but he would have to really mess up for that to happen. I don't like Kyle Busch.

I agree with you totally, I don't know he may make the chase, he's definately got what it takes and on the borderline, I just wonder who WON'T make it if he DOES!

He'll make it but not win it.

And I think he's got Rookie of the Year sewn up.

I think he will. In fact, with a bit of luck, he could even win it.
