Neither is as valuable without the other, but I think job experience is necessary for most things. An MBA is normally only valuable after one has some experience.

It all depends on the job and employer... Federal jobs give a higher gradelevel/salary to someone coming in for a job vs someone with just a bachelors degree. Physical jobs, I would guess, would prefer experience than a higher degree BUT a higher degree will take you further in most jobs

they have marks for activity experience.... you may take up any form of activity however the type of years count... for eg. 0.5-a million year a million mark a million-2 year 2-3 marks.... 2-3 year 4-5 marks extra effective than 3 years--3 marks
