Just remember that "%" means "per cent", i.e. "of one hundred. So, what you want to do is divide those 111.8 by 100, that gives you 1 per cent. OK, 111.8 : 100 = 1.118, right?
As it's twelve "of one hundreds" you want, you multiply the first result by 12; 1.118 x 12 = 13.416, i.e. 13.42 British Pound Sterling. Hope this helps you with any kind of percentage calculation. Have a nice day!

Understanding the principles will do you far more good than just asking a random bunch of strangers for an answer. This really is a simple question so you should be trying to understand what % means instead of just asking for an answer.
As a person totally unqualified as a teacher I will do my best to explain.
% means hundredths, 1% is one hundrendth, 200% is double.
12% of something is 12/100 ths of it so the answer to your question is
12*111.80/100
But seriously if you don't know how to do this then you should ask a teacher for clarification.
