A brazier is a small fire in a container. I think you mean brassiere.
As for why - there are three main reasons,
Comfort - would you go running without a jock? Breasts bounce around and, unless they are small, it's very uncomfortable.
Support - the muscles on the upper chest, above the breasts, that hold them up aren't very strong and if you don't support your breasts, sooner or later, those muscles will give up and you'll end up with nipples round your belly button. Though once again, you can probably get away with it if you're small.
Fashion - all dresses, shirts, blouses etc are made in standard sizes, women aren't. If you wear a bra at least your breasts will be held in the standard position and you've more chance of finding something to fit.

I hope they're not wearing braziers, because that's a type of cooking device. I assume you mean brassiere--just go with "bra" for short. And if you think hard, I'm sure you can figure out why women need to wear them.

I love to wear a bra because it is sexy, and I love the feel of it. I wear one 24/7 and I have been doing it a long time now. I love the look, and the feel. I feel naked without one on. I love feeling sexy, and wearing a bra does that for me...

I have NO idea really why. i dont most of the time but then again im not really big. i luv the feeling of being braless..i do have to say u guys DO notice.
