if mpeg is the movie file then u have to download the converter from internet use following link

to download the converter. If it is picture file then u can use photoshop to save the file in gif format.

I use the 'save as' function when I convert one format type to another. I can save things as GIFs, JPGs, BMPs and other formats. I use a now- obsolete Microsoft program called "PhotoDraw", but PhotoShop and similar programs have the same ability.
