My favourite cocktail is called Between the Sheets.
It's White Rum, Cognac, passionfruit juice and lime juice.
Basically it's a shot of rum, 1/2 shot of cognac, 3 shots of pasionfruit juice, and a half shot of lime juice.
Put it in a shaker with ice, shake and serve.
My favourite digestive is Mint chocolate Bailey's Irish Cream. I have only been able to find it in London UK so far. Keep your eyes open for it.

Amaretto Sour
1 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 - 2 splashes sweet and sour mix
Pour the amaretto liqueur into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add a splash or two of sweet and sour mix, and shake well. Strain or pour into an old-fashioned glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange, and serve.
Serve in: Old-Fashioned Glass

My favorite is a pint glass, tons of ice, half fill with gin, top up with diet tonic, with a slice of lime. Repeat until the litre is gone. Cheers!
Ooo- nearly forgot, in the USA I had a cocktail called a 'Long Island Iced Tea' which I think had tequila, rum, and a bunch of other stuff in it, but it kicked much ***.

Ok, you can only get this at a restaurant called Bonefish. It is called the Aphrodisiac. It is a melon martini with a penis shaped frozen watermelon Popsicle. It is SOOOOOOO good.
