I was in your situation when I was in High school.I did not say anything....Until almost 25years later i caught up with the girl(now a lady)on the internet....
And I finally told her how I felt.
And come to find out she felt the same way I did...
So basicly........If you feel strongly about this dude.......Tell him in a wasy way.that you have feelings for him as more then friends....
He may have the same or not...You never know.....Life is short....Do not leave your mind wondering for years"What would have happened and where would I be now If I would have said something"
It is my own private HELL........Make sure you follow thru with your needs and you will be fine...

tell him how you feel he might feel the same way and if you both feel the same way about eachother then keep in touch while he is in college and see where it takes you.

yeah you need to tell him how you feel but dont come straight out and tell him OHHHH I LOVE YOU!! he will get freaked out and probally not talk to you anymore
