No (5'9 115) but I am not going to Stop my life because I am not the "perfect" size thankfully growning up I have learned that there is more to life than a size but I think that there is always somthing about all of us that we WISH that we could change like my weight. Aren't people always strivig for some kind of perfection that they may never find??

No, I started out at 491 lbs. in February of 2005 and have gone down to 348lbs by June of 2006. I still have a ways to go to my goal of 180 lbs..I'm not doing it to become socially acceptable.I'm doing it becuse I was morbidly obese. It was the word,"MORBID" that caught my attention. Did you know you can die from a stroke for being morbidly obese? I didn't ,but I do now.It takes time with an eating plan, not a diet and exercise. NO PILLS!

i'm happy with my body shape and size i don't keep scales in the house so i don't know what i weigh. i live in blissful ignorance of every gram or ounce i may loose or gain. i would recommend this to everyone. only eat what you want until you stop feeling hungry! i'm slim but not skinny and most of all HAPPY!

not really...........I mean ppl say don't worry about the scale, just think about how u feel and look, but it's hard not to base progress off the scale......my goal this summer was to lose 10 lbs. and i wound up gaining it!! I'm so pissed right now

Yes, there is nothing more boring than insecurity and people moaning about diets and their bodies.
