It rains quite a bit in Orlando. Though usually this time of year, they pretty much say scattered showers every day. You can bet on it raining most days in the afternoon... usually sometime between 3 and 5! But it usually passes pretty quickly!

Don't let it upset you. Orlando gets a quick shower almost every day. Once and a while they will get a storm. But the showers are really quick and will be over before you know it. Usually, you can stop for a bite to eat or go in a few stores and by the time you are done, the rain will have passed.

This time of year there's almost daily rain showers in Orlando. It rains for a bit--frequently a major downpour with lightning--and then will clear up. Bring rain ponchos, because you can almost expect it to happen in the late afternoon, early evening every single day.

In the summer you can just about count on it raining in Orlando any time between 4pm and 6pm everyday, at least when I was there for 4 months it seemed like it.

It rains heavily, but not too frequently, and only in short bouts lasting about 10-15 minutes.
