When you see someone, there is certainly a level of attraction both ways or either ways. Lust is mostly at fore in such times.

What exactly do you feel like when you are in such a situation? Please dont include any Love like feeling.

Knot in my lower belly, my lips open slightly and my darn feet, at least one goes up! And in my head is just this "hmmmmmm" feeling. But I don't feel it very often, man for whom I fell lust on the first sight must be exceptionally attractive and well, sexy. It kind of comes quick and goes away quick.....

I'm your typical horny male, so the switch is usually stuck in the "on" position. I'm also an artist, so it's just natural for me to admire the female form. When I first meet a beautiful girl, I notice everything about her, and there is usually a level of lust involved, though this can really disappear fast depending on what the girl is like.

I would feel for the facial expression, eye contact and body language so little talk as necessary, if there is real contact then its through the other person / partner noticing you usually its a good score you're meeting is accomplished.
