when you work out, the pressure stretches and strains the fibers in ur muscles and lactic acid builds up on the muscles. the burning of the lactic acid is the sore feeling and the reason you feel weak is because ur muscle fibers are torn. but when your body rebuilds the fibers they become bigger and stronger and thats how people shape their body

we experience muxcle pain after strenuous activity because we do not warm up before we do the activity. and when u are finished u hav to cooldown.
and alse we may not be accustomed of the activites with may cause muscle pains or cause it to pull.

because during excercising oxygen lacks so the muscles cells do anarobic respiration which produce lactic acid these lactic acid irrtates nerve ending causing pain
