Try this series of treatments:
1.)Do exercises to enable the man to gain ejaculatory control.
A.}Start-stop technique exercise. The purpose is to get the male accustomed to maintaining an erection for an extended period of time while gradually increasing sexual tolerance. In this exercise, an erection is obtained through self-stimulation, or masturbation. After achieving an erection, he stops stimulating himself until he begins to lose his erection;the begins to stimulate himself again. Gradually, over a period of several weeks, he is able to stimulate himself for longer periods of time, eventually gaining ejaculatory control. To be successful, the male should avoid feeling discouraged if he ejaculates rapidly; instead, he should use his sexual responses to learn how to vary the technique in a way that most benefits him. The male partner can be involved into these exercises.
B.} Kegel exercises- consist of flexing the pelvic muscle.Flex his pelvic muscle for ten seconds, relax for ten seconds, and then repeat the cycle for as long as he can. This also improves sexual response.
C.} Practice other forms of relaxation, such as taking long, deep breaths.

2.) An alcohol in very moderate amounts ( a glass) prior to intercourse might be of benefit.
3.)Some medications ARE OF GREAT HELP so take some time to see a doctor.
4.) Open communication of feelings, partner's understanding and support is a very essential.

of course, a doctor is the best person to answer this because there may be a medical issue - but i'll give it a shot! Since your husband is young it shouldn't be something that can't be easily fixed. I'm assuming that you're having sex fairly frequently and not having long periods of inactivity between sessions - this would make him pretty anxious and make it hard to control! Another way would be to prolong foreplay - focus on satisfying you orally and then when the time is right he can do his thing - then start over again - surprising how that works - takes his mind off himself and lets things progress more normally.
maybe give it a try?

Premature ejaculation, also known as rapid ejaculation, or by the Latin term ejaculatio praecox, is the most common sexual problem in men, characterized by a lack of voluntary control over ejaculation. Masters and Johnson stated that a man suffers from premature ejaculation if he ejaculates before his partner achieves orgasm in more than fifty percent of his sexual encounters. Other sex researchers have defined premature ejaculation as occurring if the man ejaculates within two minutes of penetration; however, a survey by Alfred Kinsey in the 1950s demonstrated that three quarters of men ejaculated within two minutes of penetration in over half of their sexual encounters. Today, most sex therapists understand premature ejaculation as occurring when a lack of ejaculatory control interferes with sexual or emotional well-being in one or both partners. An estimated thirty percent of men suffer from premature ejaculation on a consistent basis.

Having frequent sex can slow down orgasms. He can , with practice, learn to be multi orgasmic. I am 68 years old and I have sex two or three times everyday and some days I may experience 7 or 8 orgasms.
Many men spend years perfecting their golf game or their tennis stroke or improving their bowling score. I spent the same sort of effort on learning about sex. Any man can perform as well as he puts his mind to.
You can start by reading, together, a book on Kama Sutra. This is a good place to start. Take your sex life as serious as you do some other activities.
Have fun !

Perhaps masturbating an hour or two before sex may help him to have more control.

I wish I had this problem I am on the other extreme due to medication I am on. I am anaorgasmic. So tell him it could be worse.
