It is likely to be fixable - a broken valve perhaps. Are you still getting hot water from other taps?

If electric heater make sure you still got the indicator light on when you turn shower on. Could be supply or heater.
Have you switched off the safety switch?
If pumped hot and cold -
Hot water supply to pump still on?
Checked filters in pump and mixer head?
Checked that thermostatic valve actually turns when front control knob turns? (could be broken on back of the control knob).
It has got to be fixable

very likely to be fixable, if its a mixer shower (hot and cold water pipes going in) then its probably the thermostatic valve thats gone, if its only got cold water going in then its probably the heater element in the shower, either way its probably repairable.

I would take it back to where I purchased it and tell them my problem! Perhaps they can fix it if not they are obligated to give you a new one!
