Haven't seen The Lake House, but Lady in the Water was gorgeous. Not for everyone, but I personally loved it. I'd definately recommend seeing it, especially if you've liked some of Shyamalan's other movies (The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, The Village).

I haven't seen Lake house but I did ask about Lady in the water and every one on here said it was not that good, I'm still going to see it

I saw the Lake House, it was an average, somewhat predictable romance story. I do like Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves though, so I liked it for that reason. It would be a good movie to wait and see at the discount theater.

Well Lake house is mushy mushy stuff and its OK for one time watching. Lady in the water is I think this time M Night Shyamalan's 'narf' icular thought process gone haywire. uptill Village was ok but this is is something weird. Go try atleast i would say. KAPISH !!

They both look pretty bad. Lake House is too weirdly sappy. I've decided to boycott anything by Shayamalan. He thinks he's something special, but he's not. He did okay with The Sixth Sense, but his other films were just crap.

only attraction of lake house is keeanu and sandra's pair after 12 years of a super-duper hit "Speed". nothing else in the movie.
lady in the water is scrap.
