“Tranny” is a slang term used to define a transsexual. A transsexual
is defined as:
One who wishes to be considered by society as a member of the opposite sex.
One who has undergone a sex change.
A person with the external genitalia and secondary sexual
characteristics of one sex, but whose personal identification and
psychosocial configuration is that of the opposite sex.
Therefore a ‘tranny’, pertaining to a woman, is a woman who wishes to
be a male or has undergone a sex change operation in order to become
“male”.

I was always told by those who know that a "Tranny" is slang for transvestite i.e. a man who dresses in womens clothes. Not the same as a transexual or transgender, which is an indivdual who feels they were born the wrong sex and may undergoe hormonal therapy and surgery to alter their physical gender (nowt you can do about the XY or XX chromosomes though).
And although I've seen some extremely attractive male to female transexuals I've also seen some appallingly bad transvestites!!!

Actually growing up tranny meant transvestite or a person who dresses and acts in a style or manner traditionally associated with the opposite sex. I guess it can be any word that starts with the tran prefix because when talking about car transmissions it is also called tranny.

Tranny is slang for transexual. Most of the time when the word Tranny is used it is because they look very unconvincing as females.

Yes there are men that are transexual all they have is breast not couche, most of them are not very pretty but their are just a few that actually look like women.
