I would say that those countries are inherently Anti-Semitic.

It is not a matter of antagonism, but a matter of the interest of the people. Dr. Abdul Sattar Al-Qassim has criticized the PA several times for the dictatorship and the corruption. That was why he was shot in 1995 and hit by four bullets. He was jailed three times for criticizing corruption. But also he has been critical of the accords with Israel which he thinks have done so much harm to the Palestinians and to the cause.

Try reading the first 5 books of the Bible and the Quran. Then you get some ideas of the ideologies and psychology of the people in some parts of the world.
