Nice going! you've relegated Everton and have Blackburn finishing 7th and 11th!!
I agree it will be a major surprise if Watford stay up, but I think West Ham will do surprisingly well, building on their cup run and taking advantage of their summer buying.
Here's my prediction for what it's worth
1 Chelsea
2 Liverpool
3 Man Utd
4 Tottenham
5 Arsenal
6 West Ham
7 Newcastle
8 Blackburn
9 bolton
10 Wigan
11Charlton
12Portsmouth
13Villa
14Middlesborough
15Man City
16Sheff Utd
17Everton
-----------
18Fulham
19Reading
20Watford
But who knows?

I agree with 1, 3, 7, 9, 14 and 19. Think Spurs might do a bit better and finish in the Champions League places, but if and only if they actually pass the ball forwards...and stop wallying around with back-and-forth tactics.
Reckon Wigan might do a bit better and get into the UEFA Cup. They have made some good signings in the close season, and have held onto their key players.
Aston Villa are a bit too high. They are in a right mess at the moment, and the board are not stumping up the cash to strengthen the squad. Reckon they might drop out this year. Over the past seven seasons, there has been a pattern of 'established' Premiership clubs getting relegated (Sheff Wed, Wimbledon, Coventry, West Ham, Leeds, Southampton, Birmingham) despite many years of clinging on to their top-flight status.
You have put my Watford team bottom, damn you!! Only joking. People think we have a snowball's chance in hell and I can see where they are coming from; but we have a lot of pace throughout the team, and might surprise a few sides with our quick counter attacks.

I can believe so many people think United will finish in the CL places.
Based on what, everyone around them has strengthened, and the RAGS have lost Van Histelhorse who would have guaranteed 25 goals, and used that money plus another £6mil for a 3-goal a season midfielder.
Regardless I think it has to be:
1. Chelsea
2. Arsenal
3. Liverpool
4. Spurs
18. Everton
19. Wigan
20. Watford
