I will soon be going to Phili, to study in a college there
can anyone, please help me to get a good appt or housing in west phili...??
But I need a safe place and low cost!!
And what are the places there in terms of jobs etc..??

Ask these questions of the college you will be attending. Colleges normally have a housing department and a jobs for students department. It would be convenient to live on campus in a dorm, I would think.
As far as what life is like you can watch National Treasure, the movie and see some of the attractions downtown. There is a new TV show set in Philadelphia called "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." (starring Danny Devito)
