As a physician, I would need to do a complete exam but just by the symptoms, there is nothing to suggest a relationship. I do suggest that the pancreatitis and the rectal bleeding be properly handled by a physician. Rectal bleeding can be caused by internal hemorrhoids or the sign of something more serious. The pancreatitis I assume was diagnosed by a physician and needs management. If you ask a question like this, a good answer is very difficult as I have to make assumptions...i.e. the blood from the rectal bleeding is red, therefore indicating the bleeding point is at or near the anus, as opposed to black tarry stool that shows a higher level of bleeding. So be specific. The use of marijuana is of no importance unless it might somehow impede other medications or even heighten their effect....in other words some drugs don't work well with others....Go to your doctor for best advice
