Yes now u're at the top of everything, what comes next is how are you gonna stay at that position for long and keeping, maintaining what you have. e.g. like money you've heard people winning the powerball but it brought them into severe bankruptcy because they don't know how to handle the sudden change in life. They got "handled" instead.

i pretty much achieved my main goals in life...but theres always ironing out the details and hobbies of all sorts....the key and the answer to that question imo is to learn to be satisfied and thankful for what you do have...there are always new goals to set but they should be realistic and you shouldnt sweat it either...
