Well, even though the second one has a flash of "High Velocity Commerce" and other things, the first one is more presentable. If you could do that flashy on the first one, I wouldn't see why you wouldn't have any hits!

The other one is more like a main page for a forum web site.

I prefer the second one but perhaps the reason is that the layout is similar to my own web site: http://www.thetravelzine.com :-)
