Yes. I am one. I love to do things by myself. I enjoy my own company and I am not the least bit lonely. I sometimes do things with my friends but if they don't want to do what I want to do then I pick another day and go off and do the thing that my friends didn't want to do. No sweat! I have the freedom of not being controlled or manipulated by peer pressure. Even when I was a teen growing up, I never let peer pressure get to me. My friends then as a teen considered me odd because I would just up and leave them in the middle of something if I didn't like what was going down. I just couldn't be bothered what they thought about my behavior. Even today as an adult, I don't care what people think of me or my difference from them. I am the sole master of my destiny and the only one responsible for my actions.
I cope just fine because I am totally free from people trying to control me in word and deed. I love it! You might even call me a "free spirit".
(I really like this question a lot because I have never tried to explain who I am before and I like what I expressed!).

Hello my fellow introvert! First you have to realize that you are never gonna be able to change who you are. Second, please understand that we are the lucky ones. Those that are more in touch with the world within (themselves) are more in tune with nature and the universe. I bet that you are really good reading people and sensing there emotions aren't you. I bet that you think that you know what people are thinking when they talk to you don't you. We are gifted. We are unique. Who wants to be a loud mouth anyway? Those people are so boring !!! e-mail me at woodybmi@yahoo.com if you need someone to talk to. Peace be with you. BIG Hug!

Yes.

I just enjoy myself time. I find it soothing, and if people truely are worth it, they will spend the time to get to know me and let me open up to them in my own time.

Its hard, but I have Quality friends, not Quantity friends, and thats a better way to be.

Hope this helps.

You need to master the "quiet cool" if you are a guy, or be sexy mysterious if you are a girl. Let people come to you.
