Just nail polish remover will do it. You need to soak it and then rub it in it though so get the affected area and put just that into a bowl/container of remover. Once you're left with just the colour you could try washing up liquid to get rid of the last bits.

Test a small area to make sure nail polish remover does not dissolve the fabric. If there is any nylon or acetate in the blend, the polish remover will melt it.
Also try some Oops! or Goo Gone. Both are inexpensive and usually safe for almost all fabrics. Unfortunately, you may end up dying your duvet cover if it is a very large stain. I am so sorry!!

feels like you're out of luck, because that's demanding to do away with nail polish from something except you employ nail polish remover, and that could smash the canopy cover. Why do not you purely turn it over, so the stain is on the interior??

Your best bet will be nailpolish remover. Pour some good brand nailpolish remover on a cotton ball and try to wipe out the stain. Be patient and keep on rubbing, it will help remove some of the stain and if u keep on repeating, it will totally go away.(This is from my personal experience).

Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.

Use Acetone which is stronger than nail polish remover. And is about the same cost.
