Relationship is about give and take but it is quite divine to give more that taking.God entrusts you with more because he knows you will share.focus more on the positive aspect of your friend so that you can forge ahead with your act of giving and condone your friends short comings. your ability to forgive and forget her offences, is why you are friends.

First talk to her find out if there is a reason other than her being selfish for the one sidedness. (something going on at her house that is not safe)

Then talk some more, maybe she has never had a real friend, thus doesn't know how to be one. If you don't tell someone how you feel they will never know.

She doesn't sound like a true friend. It sounds more like She is a User. Real friends reciprocate favors. I would tell her NO the next time She wants something Just say you have a lot to do. Sorry can't help you this time. Then see How She reacts. This should tell you what I am saying. Not a friend!!!!!

Most people will quit associating with this type of person. Even the most casual of friendship type relationships have a give and take element attached to it. I think you are being used.

next time when she asks you for a favour, bravely tell her that you expect the same gesture when you need a favour from her. Be firm, it's the only ways to get her realize. Don't rush in ending the friendship. Who knows she might change. If not, you won't feel quilty abandon her.
