Its really annoying me. I cant seem to load the paper in any way which will get rid of the "check paper" light. I cant print, I cant scan and I cant photocopy. If I print it has no paper, If i photocopy it has no paper, If I scan "another program is using the scanner."

Ive had it for 24 hours and Im already very annoyed!!!!

Please help!

Its been reinstalled about 7 times now. Windows recognises its their and the drivers are the latest ones available. It appears to be more of a hardware problem. Reading reviews lots of people seem to have the same problem but there are no solutions anywhere!

Yep all tape is removed ive checked the whole thing a million times. its really frustrating

reinstall the printer..

go to add/remove printers and remove it... remember to unplug your printer before that...

connect your printer while the computer is ON (PSC series is a plug and play printer)... the computer will detect new hardware and reinstall it on its own... it might ask for the CD you got with printer... so keep it handy.

Has this machine ever worked for ya? In the 24 that you've had it? And, not to be a smarta**, but, you DID make sure you had all the tape, etc removed so the printer was ready? I've missed things like that every now and then, and I've been using puters and printers for 23 years now.

Try on another computer and go back to the shop if it still doesn't work
