A true friend is like a better part of you. S/he never lies to you and even when it hurts s/he tells the truth. S/he is there when you need somebody and you wouldn't trade her(him) for anything in the world. Basically s/he is the family that you acquired, you chose and you need to appreciate. A true friendship means that even being on the other continent you will always know that there is somebody who truly cares about you and wishes you all the best things possible.

true friendship?? its so hurting to hear that word "true friendship".
"People are made to be loved and things are made to be used. But what is happening in todays world is that people are being used and things are being loved". And in this scenario, its really really hard to get honest and true friends. I myself have been back stabbed by my own close friends so many times and its sooo hurting!!! And nowadays the life is so materialistic that back stabbing and ditching has become very common.
I can do anything if i even get 1 true and honest friend who is not selfish and egoist.

someone whom you have known for a long time, knows your family, every little dirty detail about you and still respects you and does not judge you about what you have in your life, picks u up when u fall and helps u up the ladder, always tells u the truth even if it hurts u, and knows that true friendship is bound by love and lasts foever

true friendship means being secure in the knowledge that when you need someone to be there for you there is that special person you can count on to be there for you- if you have someone you can count on to be there for you no matter what- unconditionally, without being judgemental or expecting anything in return- then you have found true friendship

It warms me to know that when the world feels so heavy and cold. That all I have to do is say one word or let them see my face and they know exactly whats going on and they are right their with me. If you don't have a best friend then who's going to cheer you on or kick your ***.

a true friend is always by your side, has your back and u can be completely honest with them. a true friend will tell you like it is but with love.
