I have been a victim of police violence and inapropriate touching. So have many of my friends. The problem is police officers are not respecting our rights as hummans. They do ileagal searches to confinscate the medical marijana, which is commanly used to treat chest pains.

Most cities have review boards that investigate complaints.
You also have the EEOC option.
There are some bad cops just like any other profession, however after 35 years as a police officer I can say I have testified against two police officers for excessive force. Amazingly, the victims do not appear. Oh well, I did what I believed in.
If you carry a prescription from the doctor for the marijuana, you should be good with that.
Sexual conduct is really big in most departments. If you have been searched by a male officer, you have a good case.

If you're American,go to the Internal Affairs Division at the police station and explain your problem and give the names of the officers who did this to you.If this is no help,go to your local District Attorney.

If the search truly was done illegally contact an attorney. If they had no cause for a search, you can press charges. However, if you didn't have a script for the marijuana, your case with likely get thrown out. Hire a good criminal attorney.
