What is stupid here is not so much the question, but the fact that some people don't get jokes or sarcasm, and are actually answering the question like he's serious!!!!

Baby oil comes straight out of an oil refinery. It is a saturated paraffin hydrocarbon with the right high boiling range and any traces of colour removed so it looks clear and pure.

They probably don't advertise that as most people would shirk from putting stuff from an oil refinery on a baby! It is perfectly safe
