I'm having a really horrible day for various reasons, and I just realised I have answered 2 questions where all I have done is vented my anger.

I'm depressed, stressed and angry today, even though I'm usually really bubbly and happy.

I know there are loads of people out there worse off that me, but it's just not helping me today!! I want to slip into a coma for about a week so I don't have to think about anything!!!

Pleeez help cheer me up!! : -(

To quote a wise man:
"There's absolutely no evidence to prove that Life is that serious."

I know exactly how you feel. Oh, doesn't a good week-long coma sound DELICIOUS? But, alas, we're doomed to consciousness.

Here's something that might make you laugh -

Picture me, naked as a jaybird, standing on my head and singing the Gettysburg Address to the tune of Madonna's "Like a Virgin".

That always makes my neighbor laugh.

Although since then, I've learned to close the drapes.

Writing about and venting is a great therapy.Everyone feels like that sometimes. The good news is that it usually passes. People say to snap out of it. I usually prefer to take a little time out and have a pity party for myself. That soon wears thin and I am ready to make an effort to feel better. Ready to get on with it and take life head on. So cheer up when you are good and ready! :)

I know the feeling well, Kiki-k! Everyone has days like yours. I've had weeks like yours. It's good to vent and it's best to do it on things like this where no one knows you. Venting and getting angry to those you know only makes you feel guilty for taking your frustration out on them. Here, it doesn't matter. The people here are just names with some random picture attached and faceless words. Not saying that we don't have feelings so feel free to treat us anyway you see fit, but I am saying that don't beat yourself up. Just breath in through the nose. Out through the mouth. Try this whenever you feel really angry. It helps me.

And don't forget to smile! Even if you don't feel like it, you'd be surprised how much better you feel when you smile!

Take a deep breath. It is up to you to change your mood. Buck up girl you are a grown woman. Nothing I hate worse than a pity party. Like you said it could be worse. You have a job don't you. If you don't like the job look & get a new one. If your boss can't speak English that could work to your benefit.

Take charge of your life....usually people get depressed & stressed because of things they haven't taken care of. Prioritize your life.
Good luck.

Well "pornstaredna" offered to let people lick chocolate off her breasts, just after you asked this question? I don't know that it'll make you feel better, but it would definitely put everything else into a different perspective. Of course you may just spend the rest of the day hugging the toilet. But hey! puking would surely get your mind off depression, anger and stress.

I can cheer you up. I have 3 recent "questions" on here, two of which are jokes. I think you will get a laugh. Look under "Jokes and Riddles". You'll find me. The other is a cool website you can check out. That one is under the "Other Entertainment" category.

I'm sure Dr Phil would say, 'the bad news is that your bad mood is only inside you. The good news is that your bad mood is only inside you!', or perhaps, 'when did you give yourself permission to be in a bad mood??!!'

I'll say, 'What's brown and sticky?'

A stick.

That's all I got. Sorry.
