Sudden Slowish Download: HELP!!!!?

When I attempt to view sites on the web my pc downloads most of the content but leaves out type from some content boxes with pictures taking slightly longer to load. Ive done all the adware, spyware, anti virus checks and it shows clean. Ive upgraded to 1024 megabites from 512 but the problem remains. Any help from you guys would be most helpful. Im on XP sv pk 2.

have u checked with ISP [Internet Service Provider] if there is problem with ur Internet...

have you rebooted ? That often solves the problem
