Until last saturday, I was able to use my personalized yahoo mail account . But I have realized that I can only send mails but I cannot receive mails. Can you help?

Because no body send for you so these why you don't receive the message.Well you can send for me to test just type send it to me for try then I will send it for you.This is my e-mail address johnlee871231@yahoo.com good luck.

The only way Yahoo would ask for that information is through a confromation link, like the ones that ask you to verify you information by sending you an email. If they want you to re-enter it, it's a SCAM!!!

some how you put another mail account for receiving mail, it's like do you want to make this your main home page.

maybe your email ad has something after .com. if your account is local and not international, what i mean is like you dont know that you have ..@yahoo.com.uk, something like that. before i give my email ad with .com only not knowing that it has an extension. thats why i dont have any receive emails.

What do u mean by personalized, i have personalizied my accound as much as i can and i don't have any problems.
