Women, if they are mothers, are first interested in their families. That is the law of nature. Most American women also are political. It is an extension of their caring for their families. I don't know where you live, but as someone who has lived in many countries in Europe, then a little in Canada, and then in the US, I see that American women are the least concerned about fashion or about looking "uninterested" or "stupid" because it is fashionable. If you do see less interest in global politics, it is common to the average or poor American, man or woman, who often do not follow fashion anyway.

That is not true for women in the US we are very involved in politics and fashion and shopping. Just because you have an opinion it doesn't mean you should look bad. right ladies
