every day i look into my neighbours living room window with a pair of high powered binoculars. when he sees me doing this he closes his curtains. he obviously has something to hide. what do you think?

Why in the name of god are you looking into his window with binoculars??? He probably closes his curtains cos he's sick of you spying on him! Take up train spotting or something instead, before this man reports you for being a nuisance!

You need to stop snooping on your neighbor before he calls the police. Who would not close the curtains with someone watching them! Find something better to do with your time!!!

He could be a paranoid schizophrenic or have mental health issues.
Seriously - I work for 2 psychiatrists and this behaviour is often reported by them.
