I like South Indian Girls they wear thavani's (Little sari, Hence before marriage young lady's use to wear) use some amount of mascara in their, Some amount of Fair and lovely on their with fresh look., They wear small necklace on their neck which was so beautiful look on their dress and with simple makeup..

They put flowers which arrange and tied with small thread that white jasmines from their back head to the shoulder which was eyes mist. I like it very much with their smile too.

it really depends on her complection and overall looks fair or dark skin/hair. i fink eyebrow pencil looks bad but i like green or blue as an eyshadow it makes the most of a girls eyes as does eyeliner. and individuality goes a long way in my book.
