no it doesn't sometimes stress an other factors could be the cause for it i'm not sure what causes infertility in female but most woman don't have a normal 28 day cycle

It should not be an issue, however if you have doubts about your level of fertility..make an appointment with your OB/gyn for some basic hormone blood tests. He/she will be able to determine if there is an issue with your hormones that might affect your level of fertility.

It is the length of the cycle, not your period that you should look at. After my second child weaned of the breast my cycles went crazy. My doctor told me not to worry unless my cycles became less than 20 days.

no... my periods are only 2.5 days also and i'm still ovulating and have a 16 month old.... sometimes there is no explanation why a women is infertile but cervical cancer, endiometriosis, and other things like that could cause a women to be infertile.
