Besan Ki Sabji - Gram flour made dish in gravy
Tandoori stuffed Parantha - Earthen oven baked, vegetable stuffed bread
Dal Makhani - Whole black pulse with white butter fry spread.
Should be enough, I think.

After reading the answer I am feeling hungry, so can not answer your questions, going now.
Anyway, they have already answered most of them.
Sorry these people forgot about "Masale Wali Bhindi" lady fingers stuffed with spices and cooked dry. They are my favourites, though seasonal only.
