You don't have to laugh. Next time she says something annoying just look at her with a blank face, if this doesn't work I'd stop hanging around with her. If you have gone so far as to start an online mini-forum to have this question answered you obviously care too much. Friends come and go, but if you really wanna keep her around then just give as good as you recieve. For example do a goofy sarcastic laugh or open your eyes really wide and look away as if you are embarrassed to be seen around her. You have to be cruel to be kind sometimes.

You gotta flat out tell her "See, this is what's been bothering me, you're not really right all the time, I can even prove to you some of these things are wrong, so stop it." And then prove her wrong on a couple of things. Then she'll probably stop. It's your duty as a friend.

Just say "You know, sometimes you should hear yourself, let me record your voice and play it back to you, because it's annoying!" See what her response will be after that. If she keeps it up then tell her that it is irritating you and you won't hang out with her if she keeps it up. Ask her if she would like you to be annoying to her! Sometimes people are blind to their own irritating habits.
