OMG this is bad, usually requires amputation as a treatment.

could be genital warts you really should see a medical professional

yeah...but its not at the outside....must pull a bit of the outer skin to see the white thing...
i dunno wat isit...do u noe??
but mine is not spots,its kinda white soft thing....dunno how to describe...
