how would my fiance come here with her children if her estranged husband has gotten police to say that they will charge her with kidnapping? He has abused her and she has custody of children, he is not to contact, telephone or anything like that, court order however states children reside in tennessee, we are truly in love and want to get married but now we have been prevented from being together due to this issue. Have plane tickets for them to be with me but am afraid she will be charged with kidnapping, HELP US PLEASE SOMEONE!"

If you re truly committed to being together, then you will be willing to move to tennessee for her until her children are adult, or until she can get permission to move them out of state (which may or may not happen.

Be careful, I was in a relationship similar to this and it is of best that she not do it. You will loose her if you do simple reason being that she will be arrested for kidnapping and then your chances of being with her are slim. Best advice would be for her to talk to ex husband and see if he will co-operate, if not then you might need to move there. Or you can bring her there and file for visitation rights message me if u need help.

If she has custody of her kids then what is the problem? Seems to me if she has FULL custody of her kids there is not much he can do(wouldn't think he could do anything) Go to the court house or contact a lawyer and see what can be done.
