Lots of drinks are healthy, taken in moderation.
Coffee for instance, has a bad reputation, based on one incomplete unscientific, non-medical based study, where the person who conducted the study, looked for people who seemed to have bad reactions to coffee, to take part in his study.
We now know that Coffee, when you drink 2 or 3 cups a day, is good for most people. It has more anti-oxidant's per ounce than any other drink. It has been shown that women to drink 2 to 3 cups a day, are 50% less likely to develop heart problems (based on a study of over a quarter of a million women in the UK). Men also reduce their risk of heart problems, but not to such a great extent.
Apparently it also has cancer preventative properties, helping with prostate, colon, stomach and pancreatic cancers.
Approximately 1/3 of asthma sufferers improve when they drink between 4 and 6 cups of coffee a day.
Pomegranate, blueberry and red grape juices help reduce the bad cholesterol in your blood. All three have also been shown to reduce the furring of your arteries if they are clogged.
Green and black teas help you in many of the ways that coffee does, but not as much as coffee does.
Finally, water, is very very healthy.

Not at all. Read the labels on the bottle, most juices pack about 100 calories per glass, and you can easily drink two or three a day. That's 300 calories daily that you are taking in, that do not fill you up- drink water instead if you are tying to loose weight. Worked for me, I lost 25 lbs last summer. Glass of juice is great here and there, but it will not help you loose weight for sure.

V8 Vegetabls Juice (origional) is very healthy. It contains bursting natural antioxidant vitamins A and C and is a good source of Iron and vitamin A.
A 250ml glass equals three serves of vegetables and 100% RDI Vitamin C. And might I add, it tastes quiet appetizing too! Good luck!
