yes I'd say. when you stay up all night you rob your body of the rest it needs, and you cant make it up either. actually its not good for you to do that. sleep time is when your body heals itself.

I would. Or you could go for a jog or a bike ride. Morning excercise is the best. The air is so pure outside, even in the city.
That's what I did yesterday, but then I slept until 3pm when I got back home!!

I wish I had the option of going to sleep right now! I just got home from work and my kids will be waking up for breakfast soon. It will be about 3pm before I can go to sleep then it's off to work at 11pm.....:(
