....that advert about 10-15 years ago, for Milkyway? It was about 2 cartoon cars racing for the milkyway in space!
The song went:
The red car and the blue car had a race, and all red wanted to do was stuff his face, he eats everything he see's from trucks to pickely tree's, but smart old blue, he took the milkyway!

Oh yes i do remember this advert. I think we have the song on a 7 inch record somewhere.

I work in a band and we often break into thye song from that advert but get stuck after "all red wants to do is stuff his face" - You've answered my question before i asked it! Will let ya know if i can find it anywhere...x

i do remember that! you have got me thinking on all the old ads i remember one question how do you remember the song did you write it down? there is sure to be a website somewhere try something like adverts are us or My ads or somthing because they usually have the older adverts in folders and stuff or just look on the bbc or itv websites and type in old adverts in the search engine. (depending which channel it was on i cant remember!)Good luck when finding it !

I can remember the advert, and other people have pointed you in the right direction, but do you remember that milky bars changed, the fluffy whipped inner used to be darker, then they went lighter and the taste changed, since then i don't like them anymore!
