The magic grass sign pixie puts them there - how else !

Well, before the sign was there anybody could walk on the grass, so no problem! However once the sign was installed the guy had to skip off the grass (the sign doesn't say please do not skip on the grass' does it!)

What the gardeners do, is stand at the edge of the grass, and then, like darts players, they literally launch the sign off into the air and hope for the best.

They suspend the head Gardner from a sixty foot crane during the night,and he holds his wife by the ankles,who then has their dog by the tail who has the signs in his teeth and he`s the one that gets the job done. Well you did ask!!

the grass wasn't there when they put the sign there it was grown afterwards.
