throw urself in a pool, have a friend hose u down, gett into a steam room fully clothed, jump in the tub fully clothed.....the list goes on

stand in the shower,or stand under the sprinkler,let me take a water hose to you,jump in the lake,wet t shirt was done mentioned,jump in a pool,get into a hot tub,run through a car wash,stand in the rain,that about finishes me off

If you go to Lego land with your kids they have a kinda wet park thinggy, with fountains and jets of water. Go there and you can get soaked - I did!
Or jump in the nearest fountain
