Religion is usually based on revelation and most religions have principles and specific instructions and claims that have not changed at all for hundreds to thousands of years, and questioning these (the resurrection of jesus, the revelation of the qu'ran to muhammad, buddha's achievement of nirvana, reincarnation) is not compatible with the religion.
The entire philosophy of science is that EVERYTHING gets questioned, held up against the evidence, and almost invariably gets changed. There is no scientific theory which has survived the last one thousand years without any alteration. The fact that none of these religious beliefs have changed during this time is because religion is not practised (for good or bad) in a scientific manner.
So - no religion is scientific - simply because the philosophy behind religion (that somethings are right or wrong and these things have been defined many many years in the past) don't fit a scientific philosophy.

Every religion is based on the presumption that there is some consciousness that has created this universe and can not be verified by physical means. This is negation of science which is based on knowing truth through verification direct or indirect by physical means. Hence no religion can be scientific neither more nor less.

All religions at some point coverge with the principles of science. Yet they negate it also in many instances.
There is no accurate measure which can tell, which is more scientific and which is less.
Science, though, is a religion in itself !!

Vedic Hinduism wins hands down!
Guess why?
Because they needed their practioners to be able to do calculations that were accurate upto sixteen [Yes, 16!?] decimal points!?
Let anyone try and top that!?
Cheers.
