Both. A toothache is inside, a boil on the face is outside.
Jealousy, hatred, etc. is inside the mind, so too is the will to overcome it. Just need to turn it inside-out.
Definately life will change.

There are no problems, nowhere, never. Thing is that we make ourselves believe that reality is a fractioned thing, where in fact it is a perfect unity. Inside is outside over a few transformations but all makes it back to origin at some point. For example you breath in oxygen and bring out carbondioxide, plants reverse that and give you the oxygen back. Though because we wanted to go from New York to Chicago faster, cars were invented, which all along gives us and plants a hard time to play pingpong with oxygen and carbondioxide. Solutions that come up without a problem being in place is the cause of problems. The same can be applied to the food cycle where after a few transformations our excrements make it back to the very things we eat. Then food producers decided that it was more important for food to result in profit than in being nutritious. And without certain minerals having their place in the process the whole thing takes longer to make it back where it should be at some point. Which creates a whole bunch of problems because of that.
The simple version; without the inside there is no outside and without the outside there is no inside.

Our entire existance, our experiences and our entire perception of reality resides in our minds. Therefore the whole universe is our mind's interpretation of reality. It therefore follows that if you wish to change your world, you need only change your mind.
Once you change what things mean to you, what your beliefs are, then you will change the decisions you make, (based on these new beliefs) these new decisions will take you in a different direction and lead to different outcomes, these outcomes stack up until you have a completely different life from that you would have had if you had not changed your mind.
Make your beliefs work for you, to serve you and empower you. Do not allow limiting or negative beliefs steal your potential to learn, contribute and grow.
