You don't want children for awhile after being married but you don't want to take any kind of pharmaceutical contraception like the pill? You may want to try a physical barrier strategy, such as a condom or diaphram. You can also try a intrauterine device, which prevents implantation of a fertilized embryo (I'm unfamiliar with the safety of this method though). The chemical approach is still by far the most reliable (~99%, though used correctly condoms are also extremely effective). If you are opposed to all artificial means of birth control, there is the rhythm method but I'm told that it is extremely unreliable.

There are 3 ways:

1) Use of Condom.
2) If condom is disliked , then coitus interruptus is the other method, were you withdraw the penis from the vagina before ejaculation. This can prevent the chances of conception.
3) Use of Calender method, ie know the period cycle and find out the safe days to have unprotected sex.
