why do we have to feel the feeling of "missing those people who touched your life" she was like my mother

i have a friend older than me.she's like my mother she treats me as her daughter as well.she doesn't have kids...nor a husband... when i left the country im missin' her cares for me...i call her mommy...

Because we are human being with feelings and heart & it is natural to get attached with some nice soul in life , do keep in touch with her via communication regularly .
